Grupa Azoty

Organic growth

Organic growth is gradual expansion of the Group's business based on existing or anticipated resources generated over the many years of its operations and from planned initiatives.
In its pursuit of organic growth, the Group has earmarked 68 investment projects at various planning and completion stages to receive up to PLN 7bn in capital support, more than 30% of which will be allocated to corporate projects – initiatives contributing to value growth in more than one business segment or otherwise significant, whose location has not been determined yet (including a project to launch a new plastics segment, a project to utilise coke gas in
the Fertilizers and Oxoplast Segments, and a project to expand the Group's mining and phosphate rock processing operations in Senegal). The Fertilizers Segment will receive 30% of the amount, the auxiliary Energy Segment – 19%, and the Plastics Segment – 11% (primarily for the extension of the caprolactam value chain to include polyamides and polyamide composites).
