Grzegorz Kądzielawski, Vice President of the Management Board

Appointed Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. on June 20th 2017. On the Management Board , he is responsible for infrastructure projects and R&D programmes.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, he holds a PhD in Law. He taught at the State School of Higher Professional Education in Tarnów and the Warsaw University of Technology. Currently, he teaches at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Lazarski University in Warsaw. In 2006–2014, he was a member and Deputy Chair of the Tarnów City Council. A member of the Tarnów Scientific Society since 2009. He was an expert adviser to the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Prasa i Film, a media production company. In 2011–2015, he was President of the Management Board of the Energy for Europe Foundation. In 2014–2015, he was Head of Office of a Parliamentary Group in the Lower Chamber of the Polish Parliament. Since 2015, he has served as a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Province of Kraków and Head of Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education. In 2015–2017, he was a member of the Programme Board of the Polish Radio RDC of Warsaw. Since 2016, he has been a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe Zębiec S.A. of Zębiec.
