Product description

NOXy® (previously AdBlue®) at a temperature of 20°C is a transparent colourless or light straw-coloured liquid. NOXy® (previously AdBlue®) is used for the selective reduction of nitric oxides in diesel engines fitted with the SCR system (Selective Catalytic Reduction).


NOXy® (previously AdBlue®) is transported in:
  • IBC containers,
  • Insulated cisterns made of alloy steel,
  • Insulated truck cisterns made of alloy steel,
  • Other packages which fulfil quality and safety requirements in transportation, storage and use.

NOTE. Do not use non-alloy steel, galvanized steel, or steel with copper content.
Products sent to domestic recipients should be marked on the external side of the packages with a permanent inscription or label stating at least the following information:
  • The name or mark of the producer;
  • The trade name of the product as in section 1.a);
  • Net mass;
  • Handling signs according to PN-85/0-79252 sections 2.4.4; 2.4.10; 2.4.12,
  • The date of production,

Product exported should be packed and marked as agreed with the recipient.


NOXy® (previously AdBlue®) should be transported in individual packages with any means of transport when the conditions set forth in section 7 are observed. The product should be protected against atmospheric effects (in particular against sunlight)and pollution. The means of transport should be clean, dry and leak-tight and in the condition which excludes damaging the packages. Unit packages with the products should be placed only in one horizontal layer in the means of transport. The product is not classified as hazardous according to the RID/ADR regulations and, according to the assessment of chemical safety, the substance called urea does not meet the classification criteria according to the EC Ordinance 1272/2008 and Annex I to the Directive 1999/45/EC. 
Do not transport or store urea solutions along with nitrites.
