Product description

Oxoplast® PH (DPHP) is oily liquid, colourless or light straw-coloured, without mechanical impurities.

Intended use and application

Oxoplast® PH is used in processing of plastics as plasticiser and in the industry of paints and lacquers.

Identified use (REACH): 
  • production and use as semi-finished product,
  • including DPHP in loose compositions and in Plastisol compositions,
  • processing of polymers with mixing of components, calendering, spray coating, extruding, injection moulding, manipulations which require little energy,
  • PVC floor covering.

Packaging and transport

Oxoplast® PH is loaded into steel railway tanks, containers tanks, car tanks and unit packages of the client  in which it is also transported.
Oxoplast® PH  must not be transported with strong oxidants and alkalies.
Unit packages with the product should be transported in covered means of transport. 
The product is not hazardous pursuant to the RID / ADR regulations.


Requirements for warehouse structures:
  • Local exhaust ventilation  removing vapours from the places of their emission, and general ventilation,
  • Protection against static electricity: discharge may cause ignition of organic vapours,
  • A sprinkler system to cool down tanks / containers with sprayed streams of water in case of fire,
  • Impermeable floor  allowing collection of leaks and preventing their penetration into the sewerage system,
  • The room should be cool and dry.

Storage conditions:
  • Store away from sources of ignition: smoking forbidden, 
  • Store containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place,
  • Store and open containers carefully,
  • Containers and tanks must be properly marked,
  • Tanks and containers must be made of materials resistant to bis(2-propylheptyl) phthalate,
  • Portable fire extinguishing equipment should be available in the room.

Other comments:

Incompatible substances: strong oxidating agents.
