At its meeting on 27 May 2026, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. appointed Piotr Szajczyk to the Company’s Management Board effective 1 June 2026, assigning him the role of Vice President of the Management Board for the 13th term of office.
Piotr Szajczyk has more than 30 years of experience in sales and commercial management gained at leading transport and logistics companies in Poland and abroad. He previously served as Vice President of the Management Board for Sales at Poczta Polska, where he also held the positions of Director of the Sales Office and Deputy Director responsible for commercial offer development.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Ukrainian Railways, FCM Travel Solutions Poland and LOT Polish Airlines, where he held a number of commercial and business development roles focused on improving sales performance and operational efficiency. He also served at PKP Intercity, where he was responsible for sales process optimisation and the implementation of sales support tools.
Piotr Szajczyk graduated from the SIG Management University in Warsaw with a degree in Management and Marketing, specialising in Business Management, as well as from a private cabin crew training school with a specialisation in cabin services.
