PS-3-INS catalysts are fused catalysts. Two types of catalyst are available: in oxide form (PS-3-INS) or prereduced (PS-3-INS-R). The catalyst's composition includes: K2O, Al2O3, MgO, CaO, SiO2, and iron in oxide or metallic form depending on catalyst type. The catalyst's active state is obtained through a reduction process.
