Grupa Azoty S.A. guarantees its clients free technical service including professional oversight of catalyst loading/unloading, catalyst reduction process and start-up of the production line. It also provides technical assistance in forecasting catalyst performance before delivery, optimising catalyst performance, evaluation of catalyst performance during the entire lifecycle as well as help in removing the effects of malfunctions in the catalyst's functioning.
Grupa Azoty S.A. can help to increase client’s production capacity or to implement into commercial scale catalysts according to client’s recipe. We offer catalyst manufacturing basing on know-how and / or R&D of clients. Client’s property rights are secured by NDA agreement.
Pilot batch manufacturing is possible (min. 30 kg) in order to test the client’s recipe. Then commercial scale can be implemented.
We have at disposal wide possibilities of analysis of chemical and physical product properties.
