Tarnoks® is a white crystalline solid with shades of pink, grey or yellow. The product is classified as hazardous and has a Material Safety Data Sheet.
Tarnoks® is used to prepare formulations, as well as in industrial coatings and professional coatings.
- in polyethylene bags 25 kg possessing the certificate and UN symbol.
Packages are formed in load units: packages are stacked in 8 layers containing 5 packages in each layer, placed on wooden pallets with dimensions (1350 x 1100) mm and secured against displacement and deformation by shielding with stretch foil (overpack).
- in big-bags 250 kg possessing the certificate and UN symbol.
Big-bags are formed in load units: 2 big-bags placed on CP3 wooden pallets with dimensions (1140 x 1140) mm and secured against displacement and deformation by shielding with stretch foil.
After agreement with a customer it is allowed to form load units on the wooden pallets with different measurements and containing:
- a different number of bags per layer, and also different number of layers,
- a different number of big-bags.
The product is a hazardous substance according to ADR/RID regulations.
Tarnoks® should be transported by suitable means of transport for this purpose in accordance with the regulations applicable for the transport of hazardous substances. Product may be transported as individual packages (bags).
Tarnoks® must be transported in such a way to protect packages from moisture and damaging.
Tarnoks® has to be stored in dry roofed rooms, at ambient temperature (protect against overheating), away from flammable materials, oxidizing agents, heat sources, sparks, open flame. Stored product has to be protected from moisture and direct action of sun light. Don't stack pallets with the product.
