On May 10, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. dismissed Paweł Bakun from his position as Vice President of the Management Board.
During the same meeting, the Supervisory Board completed the qualification process for selecting a Vice President for Finance, appointing Maciej Wolański, the current Director of the Company's Finance Department, to the position.
The Supervisory Board also resolved to set the number of members of the Company's Management Board at three.
