The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. has appointed Artur Chołody as Vice President of the Management Board, effective October 1, 2025. At the same meeting, Hubert Kamola stepped down as Vice President of the Management Board and resigned from his role as President of Grupa Azoty Puławy.
Following these changes, the Supervisory Board confirmed that the company’s 13th-term Management Board will consist of six members — five appointed through a qualification process and one elected by employees.
Artur Chołody holds a PhD in Economics and a Law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also completed his legal counsel training. He additionally completed an MBA in Human Capital Management (Franklin University Ohio / WSB Poznań).
For nearly 20 years, he has been a partner in the Wielkopolska Legal Group, specializing in public procurement and advising companies seeking international contracts. Between 2024 and 2025, he served with Alior Bank S.A., first as a Supervisory Board member and later as Acting President of the Management Board, overseeing business and retail sales as well as the legal and compliance divisions. He has also led restructuring projects in the industrial sector, including turning around Fabryka Narzędzi Specjalnych sp. z o.o., helping lay the groundwork for a Polish industrial tools group.
