The Contract provides for comprehensive maintenance services for the petrochemical complex being built under the Polimery Police project located in Police, comprising a PDH unit, a PP unit, a handling and storage terminal, auxiliary units, PP logistics infrastructure, and all equipment, infrastructure, site development and other elements necessary for its proper operation.
The Contract covers the maintenance of automation, electrical, mechanical and civil engineering systems and works, and the key responsibilities of the contractor include performing inspections, maintenance work and repairs, and correcting any failures, defects and malfunctions.
The contractor will provide the services over a period of up to 60 months.
Polimery Police is Grupa Azoty’s new petrochemical complex comprising a propylene dehydrogenation unit and a polypropylene production unit with an annual capacity of up to 437 thousand tonnes. The two key units have been designed using state-of-the-art technology for high production flexibility and ability to produce a wide range of various polypropylene types. The project also includes a new handling and storage terminal at Grupa Azoty’s Police port, enabling imports by sea of the necessary feedstocks: propane and ethylene.
As at the end of August 2022, the Polimery Police project was over 96% complete.
