Grupa Azoty to donate PLN 1 million to organisations supporting Ukrainian war refugees

In connection with what is happening in Ukraine, companies of the Grupa Azoty Group are taking a number of initiatives to support Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. The relief efforts of all state-owned enterprises are being coordinated by the Polish Ministry of State Assets and Ministry of the Interior and Administration.

Activities currently undertaken by the Grupa Azoty Group include:

Provision of financial support of PLN 1 million – companies of the Grupa Azoty Group will make donations to charitable and humanitarian organisations providing aid to war refugees, including Caritas and the Polish Red Cross (PCK);
Provision of temporary accommodation for refugees on premises owned by Grupa Azoty Group companies;
Blood donor sessions launched by the PCK Voluntary Blood Donor Clubs of the Grupa Azoty Group;
Collections of aid supplies at points located on premises of Grupa Azoty Group companies;
Help in arranging transport for refugees and humanitarian supplies.
