Additionally, the meeting resolved that the net loss for 2023, amounting to PLN 1,600,306,401.62, will be covered from the reserve capital created from the issuance of shares above their nominal value.
Resolutions were also passed to deny discharge to all management board members who served in 2023.
For the Supervisory Board members serving in 2023, resolutions to grant discharge were not adopted due to the lack of an absolute majority vote.
