The Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. was held in Tarnów, Poland, on Thursday, June 27th, 2024.
The Annual General Meeting passed approving resolutions, among others:
The Annual General Meeting also adopted a resolution on covering net loss for the financial year 2023 in the amount of PLN 1,600,306,401.62 from the part of the Company's share premium account.
Resolutions were also passed not to grant discharge to all members of the Management Board performing their duties in 2023.
With regard to all members of the Supervisory Board performing their duties in 2023, no resolutions to grant discharge were adopted due to the failure to obtain an absolute number of votes in favour.
