The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. has announced the qualification process for the positions of President of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board for Finance, Member of the Management Board for Development and Restructuring, Member of the Management Board for the Agro and Chemicals Segment, Member of the Management Board for Plastics and Polymers Segment, and Member of the Management Board for Energy.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 14 at 12:00 PM. The qualification interviews will take place from March 18 to 19, 2024.
In announcing the qualification process for the Management Board positions, the Supervisory Board outlined the requirements that must be satisfied. Candidates should collectively meet the following criteria: possess Polish citizenship, have full legal capacity, be eligible to exercise full public rights, hold a higher education degree or a higher education degree obtained abroad recognized in Poland under separate regulations, have at least five years of employment under an employment contract, appointment, election, nomination, cooperative employment contract, or service provision under another contract, or conduct business activities on their own account, have at least three years of experience in managerial or independent positions or from conducting business activities on their own account, meet the requirements specified in generally applicable laws, particularly not violate restrictions or prohibitions on holding a position on the management board in commercial companies.
