The Supervisory Board has confirmed the validity of the election process for the candidate selected by the Company's employees to serve as a Member of the Management Board for the 13th term. The election took place from January 27 to February 11, 2025. Following this confirmation, on February 27, 2025, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Artur Babicz as a Member of the Management Board, with his term commencing on March 1, 2025.
Artur Babicz has been with Grupa Azoty for 28 years. He is a graduate of Environmental Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology. After completing his studies in 1997, he began working at the then Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów-Mościce as a technologist in the Wastewater Treatment Department of the Energy Center. He subsequently held various roles, including Shift Supervisor in the same department, Company Dispatcher, Head of the Operational Coordination Team, and, since 2021, Chief Engineer for Production Management and Coordination in the Corporate Technology and Energy Department. His extensive professional experience has provided him with a deep understanding of production processes and their supporting infrastructure, both in Tarnów and across the entire Capital Group.
As of March 1, 2025, the composition of the Grupa Azoty S.A. Management Board for the 13th term will be as follows:
Adam Leszkiewicz – President of the Management Board
Paweł Bielski – Vice President of the Management Board
Andrzej Dawidowski – Vice President of the Management Board
Hubert Kamola – Vice President of the Management Board
Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk – Vice President of the Management Board
Andrzej Skolmowski – Vice President of the Management Board
Artur Babicz – Member of the Management Board
