The main goal of the project is to raise the standards of market communication between listed companies and retail investors, who increasingly emphasise the need for companies to more actively communicate with the market. Another idea behind the ‘10 out of 10’ programme is to spotlight companies which follow the best possible communication practices, both in terms of form and frequency.
By participating in the project, Grupa Azoty S.A. undertakes to:• pursue a policy of active communication with retail investors in line with best practice,• meet high investor relations standards,• ensure that investors have access to complete and reliable information about the Company.
The Polish Association of Retail Investors developed a set of criteria whose observance by a company attests to its meeting the highest standards of communication with retail investors. The quality of the companies’ communication practices is assessed through quarterly audits and rewarded with the certificate received by Grupa Azoty S.A.
