EXCERPT FROM THE TERMS OF USE OF THE GRUPA AZOTY LOGO
BY EXTERNAL ENTITIES OUTSIDE THE GRUPA AZOTY CAPITAL GROUP

Introduction

The purpose of these terms is to protect the Grupa Azoty trademarks from unauthorized or improper use that may harm the image, reputation, and other personal and property rights of the Grupa Azoty Capital Group.
Grupa Azoty S.A. is the owner of and holds all copyright and related rights to the Grupa Azoty logo. The logo is legally protected.
Unauthorized use of the logo without the consent of Grupa Azoty S.A. entails legal liability as prescribed by law.

Use of the Logo

The Grupa Azoty may only be used by an entity that has obtained written permission.
Any entity using the logo shall follow the terms outlined in the "Logo Manual" and display the logo in accordance with the law and in a manner that upholds the reputation and image of the Grupa Azoty Capital Group.

Obtaining Permission to Use the Logo

Permission may be granted to external entities that demonstrate a justified need to use the logo.
Applicants are required to submit a completed and signed application form, which can be requested by emailing ##bpgzp#at#vgjeppodin.rdb##.
Written permission to use the logo is issued free of charge, on a one-time basis, for a specified period (up to a maximum of 3 years) with the option for extension as defined in the granted permission.
Before using the logo, the applicant shall submit a visualization of the intended use for approval to ##bpgzp#at#vgjeppodin.rdb##. The logo must not be used in any advertising or informational materials until approval of the visualization is obtained.
If any misuse of the logo is identified, Grupa Azoty S.A. reserves the right to revoke the permission and demand immediate cessation of its use, as well as payment of a contractual penalty.
