The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. announces that on June 27th, 2024, pursuant to resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as Members of the Company's Supervisory Board for the 12th joint term of office:
Mr Artur Kucharski - as Chairman
Mr Robert Bednarski
Mr Piotr Marciniak
Mr Artur Rzempała
Mr Mirosław Sobczyk
Mr Robert Kapka - candidate elected by the Company's employees
Mr Tomasz Klikowicz - candidate elected by the Company's employees
Mr Roman Romaniszyn - candidate elected by the Company's employees
The resolutions on the appointment of the Members of the Supervisory Board of the 12th term came into force on the date of their adoption.
The newly appointed: Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Members of the Supervisory Board submitted declarations from which it follows that the activity of the aforementioned persons performed outside the Company is not competitive to the activity of the Company, the aforementioned persons do not participate in a competitive company as partners in a civil partnership, a partnership, a capital company, and do not participate in other competitive legal persons as members of their bodies.
The declarations received by the Company also include declarations by the newly appointed Members and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company of the 12th term of office that none of the aforementioned persons is entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
