Grupa Azoty expands its portfolio with a line of blended fertilizers

The new product, called Vitaplon 9-23-30, is a first universal fertilizer that is entering the market from Grupa Azoty’s Gdańsk-based company, Grupa Azoty Fosfory. Thanks to its properties, it is particularly recommended for the cultivation of both winter and spring cereals, winter rapeseed, corn, sugar beets, potatoes, as well as for green fodder.

In recent months, Grupa Azoty has introduced several new products to the market, such as FOLIRES™, POLIFOSKA Multi S, megAN, RSM BioShot, RSM OPTIMA, and eNpluS. Now, the offering will be expanded to include a fertilizer from the blended line.

‘Since last year, we have intensified our activities in the fertilizer market. We are meeting the expectations of farmers and proposing new solutions in the field of fertilization. This time we offer Vitaplon 9-23-30. It is a product intended for use on all types of soils. It is characterized by a positive effect on the regulation of water management in plants and supports the development of the root system. Thanks to its appropriate components, it helps save time and reduce costs for farmers, while also increasing their yields,’ says Jacek Zaborowski, Director of the Corporate Trading Department of the AGRO Segment at Grupa Azoty.

Composition and Benefits of Use
Vitaplon 9-23-30 is characterized by a high concentration of nutrients – in 100 kg of fertilizer there is 62 kg of pure nutrient. One of the benefits of its use is cost optimization – fewer trips mean savings in time and fuel. The proper balance of nutrient proportions translates into high and stable yields. Moreover, Vitaplon 9-23-30 increases the resistance of plants to low temperatures, which is particularly important during frost periods.

Vitaplon 9-23-30 – Protects Yields
The phosphorus contained in the fertilizer is highly water-soluble (at 96%). Thanks to its bioavailability, it actively supports the development of the root system, thereby increasing the efficiency of uptake of other nutrients. The uptake of phosphorus is further enhanced by the ammoniacal form of nitrogen present in the fertilizer.

A high content of potassium positively influences the regulation of water management in plants, which is critical under conditions of periodic water scarcity.
