Grupa Azoty Group took the top spot in the Forbes “Poland’s Best Employers 2022” ranking in the “oil and gas production, mining, chemical industry” category, having moved up one place compared with the previous year’s ranking. The Group took the 17th place overall. In the survey based on which the distinction was awarded, respondents rated their employers based on such criteria as salaries and wages, working hours, growth and promotion opportunities, conditions and equipment for working from the office and home, etc.
The surveys also included aspects such as direct recommendation, that is employees’ willingness to recommend their employer, and indirect recommendation, that is employees’ willingness to recommend other employers from the industry in which they are now employed.
“Saying ‘thank you’ for the distinction which proves that the Grupa Azoty Group is a stable and valued employer, recommended as a good place for professional growth, I must emphasise that the distinction is extremely important for the Company. Without the help of committed, competent and loyal employees, we would not be able to build a strong position of the Grupa Azoty Group in the European chemical and fertilizer sector. We seek to build teams and attract employees who have the potential to contribute to the Grupa Azoty Group’s growth and to build its success,” said Tomasz Hinc, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.
Poland’s Best Employers 2022 is a list of 300 companies operating in Poland, whose HR achievements are recognised by awarding them the title of best employer. The survey was based on a list of approximately 1,800 employers with at least 250 employees in Poland. More than 10,000 employees took part in the surveys.
An expert partner of the survey is Statista, one of the creators of the most prestigious “Best Employers” rankings in the world.
