Cooperation between Grupa Azoty and State Higher Vocational School in Nysa
Grupa Azoty S.A. has signed a cooperation agreement with the State Higher Vocational School in Nysa. Cooperation under the agreement is to involve joint research and scientific projects, e.g. in the fields of fertilizers and energy efficiency. The school’s students will be able to benefit from expert support in completing their bachelor’s, engineer’s and master’s theses related thematically to the profile of the Company's business in Tarnów.

Grupa Azoty to donate PLN 1 million to organisations supporting Ukrainian war refugees
In connection with what is happening in Ukraine, companies of the Grupa Azoty Group are taking a number of initiatives to support Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. The relief efforts of all state-owned enterprises are being coordinated by the Polish Ministry of State Assets and Ministry of the Interior and Administration.

Grupa Azoty subsidiary implementing a major capex project in fertilizer production
Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn is implementing a capex project named ‘Upgrade of the synthesis gas compression unit supplying the Ammonia Plant’. The general contractor is Grupa Azoty Polskie Konsorcjum Chemiczne, and the total value of the project is estimated at PLN 180m.

Grupa Azoty among members of the Business Council of the Polish Government’s Representative for the Organisation of the 2022 World Urban Forum in Katowice
In recognition of its achievements in pursuing sustainable development, Grupa Azoty has been invited to join the Informal Business Council of the Polish Government’s Representative for the Organisation of the 2022 World Urban Forum in Katowice. Representing Grupa Azoty on that body is Dr Grzegorz Kądzielawski, Vice President of its Management Board. The first Council meeting is already behind us.
