Wiktoria, Magdalena, Katarzyna and Michał are the names of the new Grupa Azoty Brand Ambassadors. A record number of over 60 people registered for the 4th edition of the programme. In line with the programme rules, each of the four leading Group companies has selected one Ambassador to represent our brand during the academic year 2020/2021.
At its meeting on December 4th 2020, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. resolved to appoint Filip Grzegorczyk as Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., with effect from December 15th 2020.
Currently, foundation works are continued on all sub-projects, the construction of pipe racks is keep going, as well as hydrotechnical works in the port and assembly of propane and ethylene tanks. The total progress achieved 32% of the full scope of the EPC contract.
Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. increased the company's share capital to PLN 922,968,300. Grupa LOTOS and Korean partners - Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd and Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation contributed funds to cover new shares in Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. After the registration of the share capital, together with Grupa Azoty S.A. and Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne "Police" S.A. will become shareholders of the company implementing the "Polimery Police" project.
On November 13th 2020, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. resolved to appoint Mr Tomasz Hinc as President of the Grupa Azoty Management Board, with effect from December 1st 2020.
On October 15th, the winners of the 15th edition of the Best Annual Report 2019 awards programme organised by the Institute of Accountancy and Taxes were announced during a gala held in the Trading Room in the building of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with Grupa Azoty S.A. among the winning companies.
