Notice concerning the Annual General Meeting

On June 18th 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Grupa Azoty S.A. passed resolutions approving:- Directors’ Report on the Company’s operations in the financial year 2014,- Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2014,- Group’s consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2014, and- Directors’ Report on the Group’s operations in the financial year 2014.

GRUPA AZOTY GROUP AWARDED TERAZ POLSKA BADGE OF QUALITY

The Grupa Azoty Group has been awarded a Teraz Polska Badge of Quality in the 25th edition of the best products and services competition for its RedNOx line of pro-environmental nitric oxide reducing agents, NOXy, LIKAM and PULNOx.

Grupa Azoty S.A. wins another prestigious Golden Website Award

Winners of the 8th edition of the Golden Website Award, organised by the Polish Association of Listed Companies, were announced on June 11th 2015. Grupa Azoty S.A. made it to the podium in the ‘Polish WIG30 Companies’ category.

Paweł Jarczewski – a New Chairman in IFA Structures

Paweł Jarczewski, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty has been appointed the Chairman of IFA’s Technical & SHE Committee. The decision was made by the Board of Directors of IFA in Stambul.
