Changes in the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A.

On May 15, 2025, by resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, Mr. Adam Leszkiewicz, until May 9, 2025, President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A., and Ms. Aleksandra Machowicz-Jaworska were appointed to the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. Simultaneously, by resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, Mr. Adam Leszkiewicz was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
